The dramatic story of Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2 is witnessing a very overwhelming track where Anurag is admitted in hospital and Prerna (Erica Fernandes) just realized her love for him.

Prerna finally got to know Naveen's (Sanjay Sawraj) fraud identity and is stuck to know that how Anurag risked his life in death mouth to get the evidence against Naveen and to save her from Naveen.
